Over the span of 35+ years, Phil has captured thousands of portraits and events, and has produced over 100 creative projects for a range of clients. He was awarded the Degree of Photographic Craftsman by Professional Photographers of America and was named Best of Philly: Photographers by Philadelphia Magazine.
Phil is known for his calm presence and down-to-earth personality. On a production set, he is a team player who leads with humility. What truly sets Phil apart is his people-first approach. He loves to make new connections and values relationships.
Behind the camera is where Phil feels most at home. Decades of experience gives him a deep sense of control and the ability to solve problems in real time, while staying fully present in the moment.
Phil constantly pushes himself to raise the bar of his own work. He views photography as a lifelong pursuit. In all areas of his work, Phil is obsessed with creating wow-factor.

MIMI JANOSY
PHOTOGRAPHER AND STYLIST
Mimi is a photographer and stylist with a deep appreciation for human movement, organic beauty, and meaningful connection. She brings an uplifting spirit to every photo session.
In the beginning stages of her career, Mimi studied photography at Antonelli Institute and graduated from the Barbizon School of Modeling. After opening her own photography studio, Mimi became an educator, teaching at institutions including the University of the Arts, the Art Institute of Philadelphia, and Antonelli Institute. Her background as both an artist and teacher gives her a thoughtful, intentional approach to guiding people in front of the camera.
Mimi’s work has included collaborations with brands and publications such as NBC 10, Business Philadelphia, Aramark, Food Arts Magazine, Wine Spectator, and American Water. At the heart of her work is a belief in photography as a way to celebrate authentic expression and the moments that pass all too quickly.
During her spare time, Mimi enjoys playing competitive corn hole and relaxing with her rescue dogs.
EVAN KRAMER
STUDIO MANAGER
Evan oversees the strategy, communications and logsitics that keep every production running smooth. He works closely with clients to design proposals, schedule shoots, organize timelines, and when necessary, he’ll serve as an on-set equipment assistant.
Evan’s father, Phil Kramer, would always take him to the studio in Philadelphia. From an early age, Evan became consumed in photography, city life, and business operations. After graduating from Widener University, he built upon this foundation through marketing internships and private coursework with other photographers.
Behind the scenes, Evan facilities studio operations, workflows, meetings, and social channels. He is responsible for asking the right questions that make clients feel supported.
