Why We Believe in Full-Day Wedding Photography Coverage
Full-day coverage ignores a set number of hours. This is about commitment to the entire day.
A Thoughtful Approach to Weddings with Mutual Benefits
Remember Your Big Day
What Full-Day Coverage Really Means
When couples book Phil Kramer and his team for wedding photography, the day is exclusively reserved for you. We never schedule other photo projects or rush over from a second event when your wedding is in our calendar.
From start to finish, the main focus is your wedding day.
Full-day coverage may result in eight, twelve, fourteen, or occasionally sixteen hours of wedding coverage. The main purpose is to document the story and stay ready for spontaneous moments.
During the reception, we’ll never interrupt to ask if you want us to stay or leave.
Create a Flexible Timeline
The greatest advantages of full-day wedding coverage is flexibility. Instead of brides and grooms telling us when to show up, we take that responsibility.
A lack of time constraints means that we can collaborate as a team.
If the wedding schedule needs to shift, then we’ll adjust.
Anything can happen:
- Your ceremony is starting earlier now
- Your cocktail hour just got extended
- Your reception is running longer
Whatever kind of problem there is, we’ll adapt without sending an additional invoice.
This all-inclusive approach eases the pressure on your big day. When timelines are calm and well-paced, this reflects on the photos.
We Watch the Moment, Not the Clock
The most meaningful parts of a wedding day rarely happen on schedule.
When something real happens, we’re present in the action to capture it. Instead of preparing to leave, we are capturing the first look with mom, college friends lifting you on your shoulders, or your grandmother leading the dance floor. These become everlasting wedding photos. They define your day and shape your story.
Full-day coverage allows us to create work that is consistent with our portfolio: natural, timeless, and bold.
Where We Draw the Line
Offering full-day coverage is generous by design. This approach gives your wedding day the attention it deserves. At the same time, we set clear boundaries, so that full-day coverage remains professional for the client and crew.
Full-day wedding coverage concludes under the following circumstances:
- The venue closes or formally ends the event
The band or DJ finishes and the reception winds down - You personally dismiss us for the evening
- The celebration transitions into an after-party
- The clock reaches 11:59 PM
These boundaries protect the integrity of our services.
Full-day coverage is the most successful way to document a wedding. When wedding photographers and their clients mutually respect the structure, then we create our strongest work together.
